Performit Group is led by myself (Dan Bjornson) and CJ Heinz. We both bring a wealth of experience in operations and investing. My background includes operational roles at venture-backed SaaS startup Sailthru and investment roles at Five Elms Capital, a $1B+ software-focused growth equity fund. CJ has a background in both public and private investing, with experience at Cobalt Ventures and Gates Capital Management.
